- Tech Leadership & ManagementAs a business leader at Sber, Eastern Europe’s largest bank and technology powerhouse, Ekaterina played a key role in driving major technological initiatives, including the launches of a recommendation system, GigaChat (an analogue to ChatGPT and Claude), and voice assistants. Her close collaboration with leading R&D teams and innovation labs has given her a deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their strategic impact on business transformation.
Currently, she pursues research on human-machine interaction, consults on AI enterprise adoption, and runs an AI company mosaicai.dev. - EntrepreneurshipAn entrepreneur at heart, Ekaterina has helped dozens of startups scale and attract investment. She pioneered and expanded some of the first global startup and innovation programs, fostering growth across diverse ecosystems. She has contributed directly to the work of such acknowledged organizations as US-Russia Foundation, G-20 YEA, GEN, Singularity University, World Innovation Forum and others.
